We begin our adventure for the day from the Kaitek Viajes offices, where we will pick up our passengers and then begin the excursion.
Stop At: Puerto Almanza, Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina
We travel 35 kilometers along National Route 3, until we reach Route J. We enter a route bordered by the Lasifashaj River, and surrounded by a forest of lengas, until we arrive, after 33 kilometers, at our destination, the “Casa of the Fisherman “

Stop At: La Sirena Y El Capitán, Puerto Almanza, Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina
Once in the restaurant, our Chef will welcome us in a typical restaurant of the area, in front of the Beagle Channel, where the spider crab is fished. He will present the ingredients and the recipe of the day, and then begin with the cooking class: “We will learn to cook local recipes.”
While learning to cook, and preparing the dishes, we will delight ourselves with stories of the fishing village Puerto Almanza and its entire area of influence.
After class, we will delight ourselves with the best recipes from the Beagle Channel. We will dine on the dishes prepared with panoramic views of the canal.
Both the starter, main course and dessert will be made with local products, based on fish and seasonal fruits.

At the end, we will tour the fishing village Puerto Almanza, and along the authentic Ruta de la Centolla, and then return to Ushuaia.
