Day 1: Ushuaia – Welcome to the end of the world!
Pass By: Ushuaia Airport, V9401 Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina
Welcome to Ushuaia! Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and have a private transfer to your hotel.
Stop At: Ushuaia, Ushuaia, Province of Tierra del Fuego, Patagonia
Today, you’ll have the rest of the day free to do as you wish. Answer the call of vacations and take your time to relax at your hotel. Enjoy the resort’s perfect location, surrounded by fantastic mountain views, take advantage of the hotel’s facilities in perfect harmony with nature, and taste exquisite dishes and cocktails (not included).

Day 2: Ushuaia – Full-Day Trekking
Stop At: Laguna Esmeralda, Ushuaia Argentina
Today, venture into a hike to the “Emerald Lagoon,”; an excellent opportunity to know its incredible color and the environmental impact caused by the introduction of an exotic species: the beaver (shared service). In the afternoon, you will be picked up from your hotel to start a bus ride to Tierra Mayor Valley. From here, enjoy a walk through a forest and then through wetlands before getting to the top spot of the day: The Emerald Lagoon, located at the foot of the Ojo de Albino glacier, between Cerro Bonete and Cordón Toribio. Its emerald green waters blend with the copper red wetlands and the other green and brown mountains that enclose it. Simultaneously, the glacier’s white creates a visual feast challenging to find in many different areas worldwide. During the return hike, we will continue exploring the forest before enjoying an ideal dinner accompanied by an excellent red wine in a charming shelter, waiting for the slow and magical sunset.

Note: The hiking that will be finally booked for you will be the previously described one, or one of the following three instead, depending on availability and date:
1) On the “Turquoise Lagoon” hike, you will be able to see a glacial lagoon’s stunning color and reach the summit with a privileged view. Trekking time: 6:00 – 6:30 hs total.
2) On the “Pelado Hill,” trek to a lookout point located above Ushuaia and enjoy a 360-degree panorama. Trekking time: 6 hs total.
3) On the “Vinciguerra Glacier” hike, pass through a valley and along a meandering meltwater river to a glacier. Trekking time: 7/8 hs total.

Day 3: Ushuaia – Half-Day at Tierra del Fuego National Park
Stop At: Bahía Ensenada Zaratiegui, Argentina
Today we will pick you up at your hotel to go on a private tour to the National Park! Experience the unique and impressive landscapes of Tierra del Fuego by vehicle and on foot, walking on easy to moderate trails through the dense green forest with the insight and support of an expert guide. We will take National Route 3 from Ushuaia and stop at a Panoramic Point in the Beagle Channel called Ensenada Bay.

Stop At: Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego, Avenida Gral San Martin 1395, Ushuaia V9410BGA Argentina
Afterward, we will get to Tierra del Fuego National Park and begin our walk through easy paths surrounded by an exceptional forest. You will enjoy the landscapes along the Beagle Channel, Lapataia Bay, Green Lagoon, Ovando and Lapataia rivers, and Acigami Lake (aka Roca Lake). Unlike other Andean-Patagonian parks, this one has forests by the seashore present along six kilometers of the Lapataia Bay ( “woody bay”). At the end of this tour, you will be driven back to your hotel. **Walking difficulty: Easy. **Meals: snack, coffee, tea, mate. Mineral water. **Optional (not included): End of the World Train ticket.
