Stop At: Valle de Uco, Tupungato Argentina
Located in the center-west of the Argentine province of Mendoza, the “Uco Valley” extends at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range. This viticultural region has a Terroir defined, internationally recognized. Vineyards that grow at a height of 1,500 meters above sea level, in a large thermal amplitude, receiving intense solar radiation and the mineral properties of irrigation water, allow wines from the region to reach a good acidity. The final result is usually high-end wines, with greater aromatic intensity, more color and structure suitable for prolonged aging.
