Uco Valley Attractions & Things to do

Spend a wonderful unforgettable day, visiting the wineries of Uco Valley and tasting great wines while enjoying the Andes Mountains views whit a glass of Malbec.
We will pick you up at your accommodation in the morning (usually 9.10 am) and start our drive South through the iconic Route 40 to a point where we will turn to the West to start going up to the Valley.
It takes about an hour fifteen to arrive to the Uco Valley.
During this day, we will visit:
- 3 wineries, with tastings of 4/5 wines and tour in 2 of them and a Gourmet courses lunch paired with wines in the third one.
- We usually visit: Domaine Bousquet, Andeluna and La Azul.
(Also: Salentein, Finca Sophenia, Finca Adelma, Familia Blanco or Tupungato Divino, depending on the day and availabilities).
- We will start our way back to the city at around 3.45 to be in Mendoza at 5.30 pm

The Driver will pick you up at your accommodation to visit the Uco Valley region.

They will visit 3 wineries. The approximate duration is 7/8 hours. The service offered is TRANSFER, where the driver will take you to the Wineries where you have already made reservations for visits and tastings (from 15 usd), lunch (from 50 usd) (if you do not have them, we can help them, recommend them and make reservations at the wineries). The cost of the tour only includes transportation to them, tastings and lunches must be paid for at the winery.

La Azul, Salentein, Atamisque, Sophenia, Zorzal, Huentala, Pulenta, Andeluna, Ruda Cocina, The Vines of Mendoza and Clos de los 7.

To comply with the regulations of the places they will visit, the entry of children is subject to each winery due to safety protocols.

We fish on a fast moving river stream, teeming with rainbow and brown trout. This excursion takes you to the most beautiful, isolated valleys with private rivers. This excursion is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts. We start with your pick up at your hotel in Mendoza and we will head towards a mountain ranch in Uco Valley. We fish trout all day watched by desert fox, distant puma and condors and at 2pm we have a barbecue lunch with beef, salads and fine wines. We resume fishing in the afternoon and return to Mendoza City at 6pm. Transport with guide is included, as are snacks, lunch and drinks.  All fishing equipment is supplied. Horseback riding is available as an extra option.

Our visit covers the wineries Monteviejo, Cuvelier Los Andes, DiamAndes and the recently opened to the Rolland public. Argentine wines with a French touch, exquisite cuisine, avant-garde architecture and millenary views at the foot of the Andes.

We pick you up at the central hotels in the City of Mendoza in the morning to head towards the Uco Valley, in search of one of the most popular activities in the Province: visit to the Domaine Boutique Winery and taste its wonderful wines.

Along the way you will be able to appreciate the beautiful postcards that the Mendoza landscape with its mountains as a backdrop gives us. When you arrive at the Domaine Bousquet winery, one of the most recognized for its facilities and its outstanding wines, they will be waiting for you to
get to know the winery, but from a different perspective!

We combine the tour with a horseback ride through the vineyards that will make the experience richer and more interesting.

At the end of the ride you can enjoy lunch at its renowned Gaia Restaurant with a 5-course pairing menu.

We will depart Mendoza city at 08:30, and head towards Tupungato, the highest sub-region of the Uco Valley with vineyards between 1,100 metres – 1500 metres. On a good day, the scenery on the way is amazing and an attraction in its own right! Our third and final stop is where we will enjoy courses food and wine pairing lunch at a beautiful winery with views of the Andes. Our English speaking guide will be ready to answer any questions you may have about Mendoza's wine heritage and why the Uco Valley is considered to be premium grape growing land. We will return to Mendoza around 18h30.
