We fish on a fast moving river stream, teeming with rainbow and brown trout. This excursion takes you to the most beautiful, isolated valleys with private rivers. This excursion is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts. We start with your pick up at your hotel in Mendoza and we will head towards a mountain ranch in Uco Valley. We fish trout all day watched by desert fox, distant puma and condors and at 2pm we have a barbecue lunch with beef, salads and fine wines. We resume fishing in the afternoon and return to Mendoza City at 6pm. Transport with guide is included, as are snacks, lunch and drinks. All fishing equipment is supplied. Horseback riding is available as an extra option.

• The river is narrow and fast moving. Please wear sturdy, tight fitting shoes that dry easy. We suggest you take a spare dry pair to change into at the end of the day. Please wear long pants and long sleeved shirts for protection against the sun and scratching. A hat and sun glasses are also essential.
