El Calafate Trip Overview
Cañadon Experience is a trek of medium difficulty that allows us to travel the course of the Arroyo Calafate, until we reach the Section of Estancia 25 de Mayo. The hills that surround us form a canyon that invites you to discover it enjoying the stream, always sheltering from the wind that the valley offers. During the walk, a large number of birds, river trout and flora characteristic of the steppe are sighted. They are 7 kilometers in ascent where it will be crossed by canyons, streams, geological formations that contain marine fossils that show that the environments that are traveled were changing over the years. The trekking ends when you reach the Section, a house located 800 meters above sea level, in a valley with a magnificent view of the hills, ideal for relaxing and enjoying lunch.

Cañadón Experience is a trekking that allows you to cross the bed of the Calafate stream until you reach La Estancia Section 25 de Mayo, located 800 meters above sea level. Crossing canyons and streams, we go back on foot to the valley that will take us into unexplored landscapes of Patagonia. During the walk we will see a large number of birds, river trout and flora characteristic of the steppe. Upon reaching the section, lunch is offered at the house with a view of the landscape. The descent is undertaken in 4×4 trucks.
