2nd: MORCILLA Y CHINCHULIN.
3rd: CHORIZO. We will try the famous CHORIPAN ARGENTINO
4th: MATAMBRE PORK- MARINATED WITH LEMON, MUSTARD& LOCALS HERBS
5th: ASADO RIBS/ENTRAÑA- SMOKE WITH PINE WOOD
6th: ARGENTINEAN BEEF – SMOKE WITH PINE WOOD
The roast will be accompanied by a ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALDAD and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.
