Soon after you make your reservation you will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your flight details and note any special requests. Three days before your flight we will contact you again to reconfirm and share with you the name and contact information of your driver
Shortly before the expected pick-up your driver will contact you to confirm he has arrived to the pick-up spot
At the airport, your driver will be waiting for you outside customs (international) or the gates area (domestic) wearing an orange cap and holding a sign with your name on it
Your driver will help you with your luggage and take you to the car
You will have bottled water, hand sanitizer and a USB connector (to recharge your phone) available in the car
You will be driven to your destination (average airport to city travel time is 45min)
If you hire the roundtrip option, you will be contacted by our staff again the day previous to your transport to reconfirm your details and agree on a pickup time. On the day of the roundtrip, your driver will wait for you outside your hotel at the agreed time and take you to the airport.
