In the neighbourhood of San Telmo, “Michelangelo” stands out with its cathedral of Tango, an emblematic tanguería of the city of Buenos Aires. The one that knew how to function as a tanguería since 1967 and where important artists such as Astor Piazzolla, Roberto Goyeneche, Susana Rinaldi, Juan Manuel Serrat, among others, left their legacy.

After hotel pickup, we’ll take you over to the cobbled streets of San Telmo, a historic neighborhood with deep roots in the tango tradition.

Arrive at a “conventillo”, a historic tenement restored and now used as a restaurant-theater, where MichelAngelo takes place.

For dinner, you’ll be able to choose between a selection of typical national and international dishes. It includes a starter, a main course, a dessert and drinks.

The tango show will begin at 10pm, with music from not only a live tango orchestra, but also an Argentine gaucho band. Onstage, four spectacular couples dance with incredible precision and a whole lot of passion.

The show will also give you an insight into gaucho culture through their music as well as a striking demonstration of their boleadoras skills.

At 11:45pm, once the show has finished, we’ll take you back to your hotel for the night.

Our Dinner Show Menu combines the best of Argentine gastronomy. To start, you can choose from a variety of cold or hot entrees. In the main courses you will find meat, fish, pork, chicken and homemade pasta. You can accompany it with a wide variety of traditional side dishes and desserts Argentine . We include vegan, vegetarian and suitable for celiac food. Includes Malbec or Chardonnay wines, beer, soft drinks, water and coffee
