Stop At: Catedral de la Plata, Calle 14 e/51 y 53, La Plata Argentina
The tour begins with a visit to the Cathedral of La Plata, one of the largest and most beautiful Catholic churches in the world. Of the construction stand out above all the neo-baroque design, the large stained glass windows and the imposing space.
The guide will describe the history, design and highlights of the church, and then everyone can enjoy a tour of the church at their own pace.

Stop At: Plaza Moreno, Entre las calles 50, 54, 12 y 14, La Plata Argentina
Leaving the cathedral, we will walk to Plaza Moreno, downtown, where you can see the foundation stone, as well as privileged views of the Cathedral and the Municipal Palace.
The guide will describe the design logic of the city and there will be a few minutes to take pictures.

Leaving Plaza Moreno behind, the tour continues with a car ride along the Monumental Axis, the area of the city that contains the squares and buildings of greater historical and cultural value.

Following the drive through the Monumental Axis, we appreciate the Emilio Pettoruti Provincial Museum of Fine Arts, a recent structure recovered to house a first-line collection.

Culminating with the car ride along the Monumental Axis, we appreciate the Dardo Rocha Promenade, a cultural center built in the former main headquarters of the railway.

Leaving behind the Curutchet House, the tour continues with a short car ride along the Paseo del Bosque, the city’s main green space. Among other things, the park contains sports stadiums, museums, a zoo, a botanical park and the very prominent Planetarium of the City, administered by the National University of La Plata.

The last stop of the tour is the Museum of La Plata, an outstanding natural science museum administered by the National University of La Plata. The museum stands out for its beautiful neoclassical design and its extensive collections of anthropology, geology, zoology, paleontology and botany.
